Get Sweaty!
"Get Sweaty!" is an optional, at-home program that encourages kids to be active each day. Students receive a "Get Sweaty!" calendar at the beginning of each month to record their daily activities on. At the end of the month, they can turn in their calendar for a sweet reward and also be entered into a random drawing for a prize. Participating students are encouraged to exercise and record their activities at least 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time.
